Julian Edelman is a three-time Super Bowl champion, Super Bowl MVP, and 12-year NFL veteran. After playing college football at Kent State and the College of San Mateo as quarterback, he was drafted by the Patriots in the 2009 NFL Draft. Outside of football, Julian has made cameo appearances on TV, including episodes of the HBO sports dramedy “Ballers”. Julian Edelman is a three-time Super Bowl champion, Super Bowl MVP, and 12-year NFL veteran. After playing college football at Kent State and the College of San Mateo as quarterback, he was drafted by the Patriots in the 2009 NFL Draft. Outside of football, Julian has made cameo appearances on TV, including episodes of the HBO sports dramedy “Ballers”. He has appeared as a guest on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” and “The Late Night Show with Stephen Colbert”. In 2016, Julian published his first children’s book, “Flying High”, about a squirrel named Jules who learns to overcome his physical limitations through hard work and the assistance of a goat named Tom. A sequel, “Flying High 2”, was loosely based on Edelman’s “greatest Super Bowl catch” against the Atlanta Falcons, was released in 2017.

Additionally, Edelman launched Coast Productions alongside marketing executive, Assaf Swissa to develop both scripted and unscripted television & film projects. Their first venture, the feature-length documentary titled “100%: JULIAN EDELMAN”, debuted on Showtime in June 2019. Narrated by Michael Rapaport and featuring out-of-the-box interviews with stars such as Mark Wahlberg, Snoop Dogg, Michael Strahan, and Bill Burr, the film is an imaginative look inside Julian’s underdog journey from major injury and NFL suspension to Super Bowl MVP.

Since recently retiring from football, Edelman joined the ViacomCBS family with a talent deal on “Inside the NFL” as well as a production deal with Coast Productions. Through his deal with ViacomCBS, Edelman will develop scripted and unscripted programming for divisions from Paramount+ to Nickelodeon both behind the scenes and in front of the camera.
