Gina LaRoche is a consultant, facilitator and coach. She is the Co-founder of Seven Stones Leadership Group, a professional services firm that invites individuals and organizations to engage in transformational change. She develops leaders and works with change agents on their personal and professional journeys. Gina leverages over 25 years of experience in delivering executive programs that have challenged leaders, teams and entrepreneurs to accelerate results using vision, strategy and accountability. Her current focus is working with individuals and teams on developing mindfulness and embodiment practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.
She is also a writer and collage artist, and the author of Living in Sufficiency: A Daily Journey and Unstuck: Make the Shift. Gina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSBA from Georgetown University. She spends time serving on not-for-profit boards, currently with the Interdependence Project (IDP) in New York City, a global organization working to make meditation and mindfulness practices accessible to all people.
