Jason Ritter is an actor best known for his roles in “The Class”, “The Event” and “Parenthood”.

Ritter first appeared in the opening credits of his father’s show, “Three’s Company”, and later co-starred in “The Dreamer of Oz: The L. Frank Baum Story”. In 2002, he appeared in the movies “PG” and “Swimfan”, and the following year landed a major role in the slasher/horror film “Freddy vs. Jason” as Will Rollins. He has since appeared in “Raise Your Voice”, “Happy Endings” and “W”.

Alongside his many TV and film appearances, his theater credits include “The Beginning of August”, “The Distance From Here”, and Wendy Wasserstein’s “Third” at Lincoln Center, for which he won the Clarence Derwent Award and the Martin E. Segal Award for his portrayal of the title character.

Ritter previously held a recurring role on NBC’s “Parenthood”, which earned him an Emmy Award nomination. Following its success, he has appeared in shows such as “Punk’d”, “Drunk History”, “Us & Them”, “Girls”, “Another Period”, “Kevin (Probably) Saves the World”, “A Million Little Things” and “Raising Dion”.
