Renate van Dijken (1979) is a leading expert in the fields of consumer psychology, positioning and business communications. As the founder and director of Your Branding, Renate lives her companys mission of transforming business communications. Your Branding consults and trains businesses in positioning and communications – both in what they say and how they say it.
Renate works closely with her clients to customize innovative programs and solutions that create awareness in communications and solve their evolving communications challenges. Her efforts caught the attention of New York Times best-selling author John C. Maxwell. This resulted in a partnership with The John Maxwell Team: an elite group of certified coaches and communicators who use a customized version of Your Brandings leadership and communication game. More recently Renate has come up with a tool that is practical and directly applicable to the most important opportunity managers and teams have for communication: team meetings. In a fun, interactive, and edifying way managers and teams assess communication, address difficult topics, motivate and activate team members in 8 accessible rounds.
Van Dijken is an experienced platform speaker who inspires, motivates and entertains audiences. Renate is known for connecting with audience members and conveying easy-to-understand communication techniques. Renate has worked with companies inside and outside the Netherlands (e.g. Pepsi Cola, Abn Amro, T-Mobile, etc.) and has spent three years living and working in the U.S.A.
