After more than a decade as a Senior Equity Analyst covering retail on the sell side, Stacey founded SW Retail Advisors in 2011. The firm, with offices in London and New York City, provides retail market intelligence to investment institutions and corporations. It also provides a unique, on-the-ground perspective from Europe, analyzing U.S. retailers that have gone across the pond in search of growth.
Prior to 2011, Stacey held senior equity research positions for more than a decade at several Wall Street firms. She most recently helped launch the research department at Pali Capital in 2005, where she covered Retail & Home Video. Before that she held senior research positions, covering retail equities at Fulcrum Partners, Cowen and UBS.
Stacey holds an undergraduate degree from Tulane University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. She has been a CNBC contributor for several years and is currently a CNBC Retail Analyst.
