In 2007, Steve created Barton Consulting which now works with many business partners, including the world’s leading customer engagement agency OgilvyOne which joined forces with Barton on the international Zurich Insurance account. The approach taken by motivational speaker Steve Barton works equally as effectively with blue-chip organisations as it does with start-up businesses.
Working with other experts and specialists, the agency will develop business plans for new companies that focus on pricing, product, marketing, structure and investment while it will also develop websites, social media platforms and digital advertising programmes for much larger firms.
As well as helping companies to develop a strategic vision, Steve and his team provide advice and guidance on various areas of management, they run workshops on word of mouth marketing, and they oversee acquisitions and mergers of small agencies. Steve himself is also a regular expert contributor to TV programmes covering business and marketing issues on the BBC, Sky and CNBC
